A Transaction Manager manages your contract from start to finish. They handle most of the administrative and paperwork for the contract. A transaction manager will audit your files for compliance. In fact, in most cases the only thing a transaction manager won’t do is negotiate with the opposite side.
Absolutely! We take great effort to introduce ourselves to your client and make sure that the client understands that we are there as part of the team and a point of contact when it comes to dates and deadlines. Of course, if you prefer that we don’t have contact with your client, that is totally up to you.
Transaction Managers are paid at closing. We can make arrangements for wire transfer, pay pal or a check. Your contract will outline the specifics.
We do not have a termination fee. If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.

We operate a virtual office. Communication occurs by email, text and phone calls. We also will schedule a weekly call to discuss current files
While we are currently licensed in those states, we can operate as a unlicensed assistant (depending on state laws and regulations).
We will never share details about the transaction or your client with any one but yourself or authorized party.
We understand that Real Estate is not a 9-5 business. While most of our operations will be during normal business times, we can be available after hours or on weekends as needed and with clear communication.
